Radish Dumadum (Vegan)

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1 tsp methi
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp methi powder
  • 2 cups radishes (cleaned)
  • 5 tbsp water

Procedure:

Toast the potatoes until they are golden brown in the pan (on high heat) until they are golden brown. Set aside. Pour in water then add all of the spices. Cook for 5 min, mix in the potatoes and then serve.

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Enough water to make a Dough
  • (Oil for frying)

Make a dough and set aside for 10 min. Take frying oil, in a pan then heat it. Break the dough into small pieces and then flatten them to desired size. Fry until golden brown on all sides

Mango Ice-Cream

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup heavy ¬†cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar (taste wise)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • blender
  • molds/containers
  • freezer

Procedure: In a blender, mix all ingredients together and pour in any molds/containers of choice. Freeze in freezer until serving.

Quick Black Chana (Vegan)

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp rye
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • q/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tsp chana masala
  • 2 tbsp tea leaves
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 4 black cardamom pods
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 3 cups chickpeas
  • 2 tsp hing

Procedure:

Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil the tea in 1 cup water. Drain out the tea, and keep the water for later. Take the chickpeas and drain. Add 3 cups water to it. Now add all materials besides onions, hing and mustard seeds. Boil the chickpeas and then mash them lightly. Toast all of the remaining ingredients and add. Enjoy!
