Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 cup beet root juice
  • 1 cup soda
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Mix into a drink and try to keep it down. 😀

Creamy Cauliflower

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup sweet bell peppers (chopped)
  • 2/3 cup chopped butter potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1 tbsp mint

Procedure: In a pan, on medium heat, add the olive oil, garlic, and onion. Add cauliflower and ketchup, and all spices. Toast without water for 5 min. Add cream and water, cover and let simmer for 5 min. When vegetables are cooked, it is ready. Enjoy!

Shai Paneer Kofta

Ingredients/Materials:

Gravy:

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
  • 2/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup cashew paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 2 elachi
  • 1 star anise
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp heing powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
  • 4 tbsp mustard oil

Procedure: In a pan, toast the garlic, onion, and ginger. Then add all the spices and toast again. Add half the water and mix. Then make a puree. Put the puree in a pan and boil. Mix in the water and cream. Add salt according to taste. In 5-10 min the gravy is ready and then add the pakodi.

Paneer Pakoda

  • 1/3 cup besan
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 cup water

Make a batter of all the ingredients above. Slowly mix in the water until you make a medium thick batter

  • 1 cup paneer (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pepper
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients together and make small balls of the mix. Dip the balls in the batter then fry in approx, 3 cups oil. When golden brown, remove. Serve with Chutney. Enjoy!

Sesame Besan Ladoo

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 sesame seeds
  • 2 sticks butter (unsalted)
  • 1/2 tsp saffron
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds

Procedure: Toast the seeds lightly and then crush them and set aside. Then in a pan, melt the butter slightly, and then toast the besan, until it starts giving off an aroma. Then mix in the almonds, seeds, saffron, and vanilla. When mixed, mix in the sugar. When the mix is slightly cool, shape into balls, cool, and enjoy!
