Mango Jelly Crumb Cake


Procedure for Jelly:

  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1 tbsp agar-agar

Boil the mango juice, and then add the agar-agar. Leave to set.

For the Cake:

Take any cake of your choice, crumble it, and then bake it again for 10-15 minutes, for crunchiness.


  • Take several raspberries and white rasgullas and decorate.

Chocolate Tea Cakes


Ingredients and Materials:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cans condensed sugar free milk
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (melted)
  • Food coloring



Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add condensed milk, butter and vanilla; beat. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into pans. Bake for 25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the frosting:

Mix the chocolate and the food coloring.

Coat the cake with the chocolate and decorate as you wish. Enjoy!


Vegetable Rice Paper Wraps



  • 1/2 cup carrots (diced)
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 5 mini sweet peppers, diced
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 10 Rice papers
  • 2 cups hot water

Procedure: In a pan, toast the onions in the olive oil. Then add all the vegetables and toast on medium heat. Do this for 5-10 minutes. Then set aside. Soak each paper in the hot water  for 5 seconds, fill with 1 heaping spoonful of the stuffing and then wrap all the way. Repeat this procedure until all of the stuffing is used. Serve with any sauce you wish. Enjoy!
