Cheese Peppers

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 cup sweet peppers, sliced circularly
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Procedure: First place the peppers on a flat pan and then add  the cheese in the middle. Sprinkle the pepper on top and enjoy!

Rice Pakoda

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 cup spicy rice
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 2 cups oil (frying)
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water

Procedure: Add the breadcrumbs to the rice and shape into balls. Then stuff cheese into the middle, form the balls again. Mix the corn starch and water together and coat the balls in it. Fry. Enjoy!

Square Eggplants

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 water
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (don’t add to batter)
  • 2 cups oil (for frying)
  • eggplants cut into squares (don’t add to batter)

Procedure: Mix together into a smooth batter, if needed, add more water. Dip the eggplant into the batter, roll in breadcrumbs and fry.

Besan Cones

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 cup besan flour
  • 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp basil paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups oil (for frying)
  • a pinch of salt

Make a dough, and make sure to add the water to the dough gradually. Shape into cones and fry.

filling:

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup mashed potatoes

Fill these in the cones and enjoy!

Salad Pakoda

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 1 packet salad mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 water
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp basil (chopped)
  • 2 cups oil (frying)

Procedure: Make a batter, dip the salad into it, and fry. Enjoy!

Cheese Paratha

Ingredients/Materials:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour (normal)
  • 1 cup paneer (Crushed)
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon rye
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup cheese (for the topping)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (for the topping)

With the paneer add all the spices except fennel seed. Mix. With the flour add the fennel seed and use the water to make a dough. Flatten individual pieces of the dough into the size of a patty. Add paneer in the middle, cover, seal and flatten again. Cook on a pan. When the bottom is slightly cooked, flip over and add oil to that side. Flip again. Cook until both sides are done. Then spread the sauce on top of each paratha, and then sprinle the cheese on top.
