Ingredients:
- 2 cups medium butter potatoes (peeled, and boiled)
- 1 cup tomato paste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp kashmiri mirch
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cloves
- 3 cardamom
- 1 tbsp rai
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped green chilli
Procedure: In a pan, on high heat, add the oil and the ginger garlic paste. Then gradually add all of the spices and toast them. Then add the tomato ketchup and water. Boil for 5 minutes. After that, add the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add the yogurt off to the side when you serve it. Eat with khasta kachori. Enjoy!
